How does it work?

With PhotoConsent you get a digital tool to easily obtain consent for photography and film. Your consents are automatically and safely archived in PhotoConsent, where you can always find them again.

Consentforms in PhotoConsent are links and can be shared per email, SMS or via a QR code. This allows more people to obtain or give consent at the same time and this can be done on a smartphone, ipad or laptop.

Once a consent is accepted the consentgiver will recieve a copy per email and the consent will be automatically saved in your archive in PhotoConsent, where only you have access to it. You will receive a notification when the consent expires.

Photo in the consent

The selfie function allows you, as identification, to associate an image with the consent. You can also write notes in the consent, which can only be viewed by data controllers. The consents in PhotoConsent have a unique ref.no that can be linked to or used as a tag in your image archive.
