To ensure a high legal standard, PhotoConsent collaborates with DPO Denmark on Data Processing Agreements and contracts. DPO Denmark has developed and approved the standard consents available in PhotoConsent.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

As a supplier, PhotoConsent enters into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with our customers.

ISAE 3000

Grant Thornton conducts an annual audit of PhotoConsent and provides an ISAE 3000 statement.

Sub-Processor

PhotoConsent uses Scannet A/S and employs Danish servers located in Denmark. PhotoConsent does not transfer any data to third countries.

Neither PhotoConsent nor its sub-processors use American Cloud Services for handling personal data.
